June goal:
I’ll commit to 3 books for June.
What I read:
- A Murderous Relation—Deanna Raybourn
- 3* (June 11)
- Review
- The Good Liar—Catherine McKenzie
- 2* (June 24)
- Review
- No One Is Too Small to Make a Difference—Greta Thunberg
- 3* (June 30)
- Review
- The Shadow of the Wind—Carlos Ruiz Zafón
- 4.75* (June 30)
- Review
Excuse(s) for Not Reading More: I did OK, considering everything going on.
Diversity? I’d classify 3 of them as suspense/thrillers (modern, 1800s, 1930s). And a compilation of climate change speeches.

I exceeded my goal of 3 books. Summer is here and COVID (and therefore quarantine) rages on, so I have no real reason to think I won’t have ample reading time in July. I’ll commit to reading 4 books (but what a dream to read 6 and no longer be behind pace?).
